1. General Refund Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Eligible Products for Refund

Clothing & Accessories: Returns accepted within 30 days if the item is intact and unworn.                                                                                                                     Electronics: Returns accepted within 14 days, subject to inspection.
 Beauty & Hygiene Products: Non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
 Sale Items: Final sale, no returns or exchanges allowed.

3. Refund Process

  2. Shipping: Send the item to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges & Repairs

  • If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we offer a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
